The girl at the center of the University of Virginia rape hoax was a student activist in high school, according to local press (cached)

The story, published in part below, confirms earlier reporting that identified Jackie Coakley as an activist.

About 100 Mountain View High School students pretended to be ghosts and prisoners last week.

Students leaving the school in cars and buses passed the group, whose participants displayed signs in the shape of tombstones in a grassy spot near the school’s entrance.

Some of the signs stated: “Friends don’t let friends drink and drive” and “One time is too many.”

Mountain View High’s newly formed chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions staged what it called a “Ghost Out” two days before the school’s prom.

“Prom is the biggest night for drinking and partying,” sophomore Jacqueline Coakley said.

The student ghosts, with black T-shirts and white face paint, were victims of drunken drivers. The prisoners, dressed in orange, were the drivers responsible for their deaths.

The students gathered near a totaled car provided by M & M Auto Parts Inc. in Stafford County. The students said the vehicle was involved in a drunken-driving incident on Mountain View Road.

“It gives them a visual representation rather than just seeing numbers on a page,” said Christian Simmons, who helped organize the event.

Throughout the day, a student dressed as the grim reaper pulled high-schoolers out of class. They returned as ghosts and didn’t talk for the rest of the day.

A sheriff’s deputy and a school security officer also escorted students and teachers from class in handcuffs as part of the demonstration. They became the inmates.

Some bus drivers honked and waved at the students during their afternoon demonstration. One student, however, made an obscene gesture as he sped by.

“That’s why it happens people don’t take it seriously enough,” said senior Caitlyn Price, who founded the school’s SADD chapter and organized the event.

Mountain View security officer Richard Davis said he walked in a class and told a student that he was being arrested for a felony hit-and-run drunk driving accident that killed two young children. Davis handcuffed the teen and read him his rights.

The class applauded.

“Some were a little intimidated and shocked,” Davis said of the student response in general. “Some just laughed.”

Mountain View’s SADD chapter put up a banner in the school that read: “I pledge to never drink and drive or to let my friends drink and drive.” As of Thursday, more than 200 students had signed it.

The event’s organizers hope students follow the advice Principal Jim Stemple gives during announcements every Friday afternoon. It goes something like this: “Life is full of choices and decisions. Make all your decisions this weekend good ones.”

Sabrina-Rubin-Erdely

Journalist Sabrina Rubin Erdley admitted on camera that she “shopped around” for victims on “women’s rights,” Gotnews.com has learned.

“Do you ever kind of really want to expose a situation or topic and then kind of like shop around for a more concrete story that would be better for you to write?” a student asked.

“Yes, I absolutely do. I’m working on one right now where that’s the case,” Erdley replied. “That’s something I’ve done a lot when I’ve written for women’s magazines where I’ve written a lot about women’s health and women’s rights.”

The speech took place on her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania, in October 2012.

We don’t know if she was talking about University of Virginia student Jackie Coakley who claimed she was gang raped in 2012 but Erdely may have been looking for her.

GotNews.com has re-examined Jackie Coakley’s rape-obsessed Pinterest account as well as her other social media posts.

In light of the revelations that Coakley has fabricated the entire story it’s worth examining how she could have duped so many feminists on campus and across the country. Coakley warns the world, “You should be very, very afraid of me.”

Coakley was a member of a campus feminist group, One Less at UVA.

Jackie’s deleted Facebook page also shows her supporting the affirmative consent movement.

Those claims have all fallen apart now in one of the largest fake rape scandals in recent memory.

Sabrina-Rubin-Erdely

Sabrina Rubin Erdely, the disgraced journalist at the center of the University of Virginia fake rape allegations, “had a steady stream of problem boyfriends” says her family according to the Daily Pennsylvanian.

A profile of Erdeley, then going by her maiden name of Rubin, ran in a past issue of the Daily Pennsylvanian where she was described as a hippy who tie-dyed her Underoos.

“Sabrina was always off beat, a hippie before her time,” her mother told the Daily Pennsylvanian.

“According to her little brother, they were all emotionally disturbed,” reported the student newspaper at the time in a possible parody issue.

One of them was very seriously depressed and wanted to join the army,” Sammy Rubin said. He shaved his legs; he was sadistic.”

Described by high school buddies as “free wheelin’ and free lovin'” other of Rubin’s eclectic beaux included really short guys and dudes with massive grimy afros.”

GotNews.com obtained a copy of the January 22, 1993 student newspaper from a source after offering a bounty for this information.

Erdely’s past relationships with men are the first indication of a motive for why she fabricated huge parts of the fake rape case involving fraudster Jackie Coakley.

Erdely did not return past requests for comment.

Note to David Weigel: Oh, and by the way, we have no idea if this issue is a parody or not. It’s probable that it is. I mean Roy G. Biv? Come on now.

But the fact that this was a joke shows us something.

BREAKING VIDEO: #EmilyRenda Discusses #Jackie’s Fake Rape at Senate Hearing To End Due Process Rights

Emily Renda

The young woman who introduced Jackie Coakley to journalist Sabrina Rubin Erdely used Jackie’s story to push a federal law eroding due process for men on college campuses.

Emily Renda, a 2011 sociology major who wrote on Title IX and the campus rape myth for her college thesis, testified before a U.S. senate panel earlier this year. Here’s what she said in June.

Self-blame and victim-blame are among the primary factors that deter victims from reporting. Personal responsibilities for an attack especially when reinforced by peers undermine a survivor’s sense that it is his or her right to seek justice.

One survivor I worked with did not report her gang rape until almost a year later because immediately after the attack she confided in peers who did not believe her, who told her that she was wrong about what had happened to her because those were all great guys. Her friends’ responses took away her confidence to report or seek help which means those five young men went unpunished and remained a threat to the other students’ throughout that year.

We now know that that entire story of rape was made up. Will Emily Renda now ask to have it removed?

Gotnews.com has already questioned whether or not Renda was actually raped given conflicting accounts she has given.

Renda should especially now that we know Jackie Coakley’s friends pushed her to call the police, according to the Associated Press. This claim absolutely demolishes the lies that Renda told before Congress. Will her testimony now be withdrawn?

The written testimony is even more damning and accusatory. Jenna, in this case, Jackie looks like she has absolutely terrible friends.

Because Jenna–Jackie Coakley–waited so long “witnesses were more difficult to locate.”

Maybe they were hard to find because they didn’t exist?

Here‘s Renda’s written testimony. And now compare that to what you know now.

BREAKING: Is The #PrinceAndrew & #VirginiaRoberts Photo Fake?

Dershowitz-Fake-Rape-Scandal-740x400

Gotnews.com strongly doubts the authenticity of a photo appearing to show Prince Andrew, billionaire Jeffrey Epstein assistant’s Ghislaine Maxwell, and alleged teenage prostitute Virginia Roberts.

Roberts sold the photo to the Daily Mail in early 2011, according to Conchita Sarnoff and Lee Aitken in the Daily Beast. They write:

More recently, a big cash payment from Mail on Sunday coaxed one of Epstein’s main accusers out of anonymity to describe what she claims were her years as a teenage sex toy. This victim, Virginia Roberts, produced a photo of herself with Prince Andrew in 2001 and reported that Epstein paid her $15,000 to meet the prince.

Could the “big cash payment” from the Mail on Sunday have been enough to get Roberts to commit photographic fraud?

The photo of the three first also appeared online around March 2011, according to the website TinEye.com.

Gotnews.com has discovered several version of the photo which raises the question of whether or not the photo has been altered. We have several inquiries out to photo experts and will pay any other photo experts who can give us their professional opinions.

Here’s the photo that ran in the Daily Mail in early 2011.

How probable is it that the prostitute, john, and madam all posed for a photo?

How probable is it that the prostitute, john, and madam all posed for a photo?

This photo was crawled on September 28, 2012.

andrew-virginia

What happened to the flash in the window? Where’s the structure on the bottom?

If taken before April 27, 2001 Roberts, who was born on April 28, 1983, would have been underaged. That is, if the photo is real.

Meanwhile Virigina Roberts’s rape stories continue to fall apart.

She claimed that she was introduced to the Queen by Prince Andrew but there’s no record of the meeting.

Alan Dershowitz, who was also accused of raping Roberts, filed a sworn declaration that he never met her, let alone raped her.

Roberts goes by the married name of Virginia Davis now and lives in Martinez, California.

There are also odd things that appear in the first photo if you blow it up.

Virginia Robert's hair has a weird black spot to her right.

What’s with the bottom? Is that a chair? Why is her left hand positioned that way?

The photo was also allegedly used in the February 20, 2011 edition of the since shuttered News of the World in an article by investigative reporter Mazher Mahmood.

The National Enquirer interviewed Roberts in 2011 but the tabloid ultimately decided against running with the story.

Full disclosure: I worked for Alan Dershowitz who I believe has been falsely accused of raping Virginia Roberts.

BREAKING: We Can Conclusively Prove That #PrinceAndrew Underaged Prostitute Photo is Fake

Gotnews.com can conclusively prove that the photo of Prince Andrew with Virginia Roberts, the alleged underaged prostitute is a forgery.

The photo [below] is said to date from 2001 when Roberts was underaged and in London was provided to the Daily Mail by Roberts in 2011.

The cameras

We consulted with experts in photography and analyses performed using the computer program, Image-Pro Plus by MediaCybernetics.

The key to investigation is the size of the pixels. You would expect a photograph to have the same pixelation throughout. And yet the sections with Andrew and Virginia have different sized pixels that become clear when you zoom in.

Screen Shot 2015-01-05 at 8.04.51 PM

Our analyst writes:

Virginia’s and Andrew’s facial photos were taken using different cameras, different shutters speeds; therefore; at different times. Pixels in the photo of the brunette and Andrew are a better match, yet not exact.

It is 99.8% likely that the photo of Andrew and the brunette [Jeffrey Epstein assistant Ghislaine Maxwell] were taken by the same camera, with the same shutter speed, at the same time.

However, the photo shadows, color gradients, and pixel sizes of Virginia Roberts indicate with 99.9% certainty that her photo could not have been taken with the same camera, shutter speed, or at the same time as the photos of Andrew and the brunette [Maxwell]. Higher resolution settings were used to photograph Andrew and the brunette [Maxwell], and neither match the lower quality resolution settings of Virginia’s photo.

Pixel Analysis of Andrew and Virginia Roberts

Our source next turned to the camera itself.

I have indicated areas on each photo (circles) which can be zoomed to view the photographer as well as a side-mount flash on the camera.  Polaroid did make a sidemount flash model instant camera in the late 1990s.  The photographer in this shot is not facing any of the subjects in this photoshopped collage, and this would not have been a digitally produced photo.

Our source “performed photo analysis of 4 different [versions of] the photo from 4 different web sources, all with the same outcome.” The source even “printed/scanned one and analyzed it.”

The cameras

The photo was first presented in 2011 to the Daily Mail by Roberts, according to the Daily Beast.

Roberts received a “big cash payment” from the Mail. As she received money for submitting the fake photo, Roberts may have committed fraud.

Roberts’s story of rape had been initially rejected from the National Enquirer in 2011.

Roberts is said to be at work on her “tell all” memoirs, according to the DailyMail.com.

Roberts’s father admitted that his daughter hadn’t met with the Queen as she had previously claimed.

Gotnews.com has also examined some of other glaring problems with the Prince Andrew photo.

Full disclosure: Alan Dershowitz, who is also falsely accused of raping Virginia Roberts, was an employer of Gotnews.com editor-in-chief Charles C. Johnson. As always, Johnson writes under his own capacity and without any involvement of anyone else.

BREAKING: #RollingStone Rape ‘Survivor’ Drunken Emily Renda Is Rape Hoaxer’s Best Advocate

$
0
0

Emily Renda

The self-described rape “survivor” who introduced a rape fraudster to a Rolling Stone journalist has conflicting accounts of her own alleged sexual assault.

Emily Renda introduced her friend, Jackie Coakley, to Sabrina Rubin Erdely, the disgraced Rolling Stone journalist.

A self-proclaimed ‘sexual assault survivor’ herself, Renda was instrumental in introducing rape hoaxer Coakley to Sabrina Rubin Erdely taking credit for it in an email to UVA administrators: “I’ve been talking to her [Erdely] and focusing her in on positive people to speak with.”

Renda has often called herself a “rape survivor” and is identified as such in the Rolling Stone piece but she has given conflicting accounts that suggest her sexual assault was manufactured.

She told the Washington Post on Nov. 29th that she was sexually assaulted in a dorm room but on NBC she claimed that she was assaulted at a fraternity house.

Renda told her story to Peter Alexander of NBC News who reported that she was “sexually assaulted at a fraternity house on campus”. And yet, the Washington Post states: “Alone and tired, she said that she did not resist the freshman who pushed her out the door offering to walk her home. She joined him in his dorm, where she says he grabbed her by the hair, strangled her and raped her.”

Strangled and raped her. Emily Renda was the victim of an attempt murder, yet failed to report it to the police or campus officials.

Then again, maybe not. Eight months earlier, Renda made no mention of strangling in a Huffington Post article:

“My story is typical. It is ordinary, normal and average. I was a first year student out at a party drinking in the fall, and a guy who insisted on walking me home invited me to hang out in his room, where he forced me down and raped me. It’s not unusual — practically commonplace. And that’s terrifying.”

From a typical forced me down rape to attempt murder by strangulation rape. Which is it Emily?

Here‘s her Senate testimony:

“In my own case, despite explicit force (e.g. strangulation, loss of consciousness and injuries to my head and torso), I still felt responsible for the assault because I had been drinking and had willfully gone to my assailant’s dorm room.”

Here‘s her Huffington Post writing.

“I was a first year student out at a party drinking in the fall, and a guy who insisted on walking me home invited me to hang out in his room, where he forced me down and raped me. It’s not unusual — practically commonplace.”

Over two years after an attempt murder and rape, and while writing another article on yet another assault she endured while stumbling around drunk in Charlottesville, Renda states: “I fully recognize that I incurred some level of risk that night — that’s the nature of walking alone intoxicated — but in nearly four years I’ve never felt unsafe walking here.

Odd that a supposed attempt murder and rape victim wouldn’t feel unsafe while stumbling around, alone, drunk, late at night, on the streets.

Also odd is how Renda continually suffers from events that further both her agenda and career as both a professional rape survivor and advocate. Renda, who graduated the University of Virginia in 2014 and served as the “Sexual Assault Leadership Council Chair,” has said she was raped in a dorm room one time and then said she was raped in a fraternity another time.

Like Coakley, Renda has parlayed her rape story into prominence and campus fame. But unlike Coakley, she has gotten still more attention off campus. She advises both the White House and Governor Terry McAuliffe and even testified before Congress discussing Coakley’s fake rape.

Both Coakley and Renda claim they were raped and didn’t report it.  Both Coakley and Renda claim they were attacked on the street for being outspoken anti-rape activists and apparently neither called the police to report it.

With the Rolling Stone going down in flames and Renda’s hand in both publicizing and perpetuating Jackie Coakley’s rape hoax (to include testifying before Congress), Renda should look into using her limited skills where they will do the most good: as an advocate for Alcoholic’s Anonymous.

“My drinking didn’t stand out,” says Renda, who often ended her nights passed out on a bathroom floor, according to Sabrina Rubin Erdely and Rolling Stone. “It does make you wonder how many others are doing what I did: drinking to self-medicate.”

She wrote about her alcoholism here:

I left the Corner that night still full of all the joy and excitement practically spilling out of the bars, reveling in how good it felt in that moment to be a student at the University. Walking home with a slight sway in my step I fully recognize that I incurred some level of risk that night…that’s the nature of walking alone intoxicated.

Renda talked about her love of alcohol often.

“When you get the urge to go home and you say, ‘Ah, I am kind of tired. I am going to call it a night’ or you’re hanging out with your friends and you say, ‘Ehh I’m done for the night,’ stay for one more drink,” Renda said. “You will always find that new depth of friendship, that new relationship, that new anything.”

Somewhere between spending her evenings passed out on bathroom floors and weaving through the streets of Charlottesville, stumbling drunk Emily Renda was appointed as UVA’s sexual assault victim’s advocate.

It is no wonder Renda failed to recognize the numerous discrepancies in Coakley’s rape hoax when she can’t even keep her own rape story straight.

And doesn’t it sound manufactured?

Why We Published The Planned Parenthood Abortion Videos

Deb Vanderhei

Publishing the abortion videos is less about their contents and more about the right for the public to be informed.

If you want to help fund our research and work here‘s the link.

Whether it is suing to get the juvenile records of Michael Brown, or publishing the name of the woman who had ebola (while the media covered it up) or naming who lied about rape at the University of Virginia (Jackie Coakley), GotNews.com will always be there to inform the public about the scandals of the day. We go after Republicans; we go after Democrats. We do it all for the people. We even sue Gawker for making things up.

It’s what we do and we do it very well. Whistleblowers and fraud debunkers will always have a home here.

Congressional staffers have had access to all of the abortion videos for the past twelve days or so. And now, thanks to GotNews.com, the public has access to them now.

The journalistic class cares more about censoring its competitors (or in stealing from them) than it does in the very worrisome development of restricted information or persecuted journalists. Prior restraint of speech is unconstitutional. That, at least, is what we were told when the media leaked the terrorist surveillance programs. (For more, see Gabriel Schoenfeld’s excellent book, Necessary Secrets: National Security, the Media, and the Rule of Law.)

The slave trade also sought to gag criticism of its practices. It persecuted journalists who dared to report or write about it, like Elijah Lovejoy, the abolitionist editor of the Alton Observer, who had his printing press destroyed three times. On November 7, 1837, a pro-slavery mob attacked the warehouse where Lovejoy had his fourth printing press. (The mob burned his other printing presses. Remind you of the four times they tried to kick me off of Twitter?) Lovejoy and his supporters exchanged gunfire with the mob (if you come for me, know I’ll be armed too!), which fatally shot him. The slave trade persecuted the truth teller.

So, too, the abortion industry which has used the unconstitutional temporary restraining order to muzzle the Center for Medical Progress’s investigative work. We would not tolerate Mike Wallace being muzzled over his investigative work. Why is David Daleiden’s work different? Because he uses a fake name? Lots of journalists do that.

Because it pushes an agenda? Every journalist should have an agenda–to inform the public. And to inform the public they should take risks.

Today we were called by an Attorney General office concerning the tapes. They’re free to be used in their investigation now. What a great birthday gift!

Before the videos were locked up by Congress. Now they are free for the public and state authorities to make sure the requisite wrong doers see justice.

If you want to help fund our research and work here‘s the link.

Why I Deserve Credit For Outing Rolling Stone Hoax Artist “Jackie Coakley”& Why The Media Must Name Her

jackie-coakley-gotnews-740x400

Serial fraudster Jackie Coakley of University of Virginia rape hoax fame has been forced to testify in a lawsuit against Rolling Stone Magazine.

GotNews.com editor-in-chief Charles C. Johnson weighs in on what’s really going on and why the media still won’t name Jackie Coakley.

And here’s another video we did comparing Jackie Coakley and Michelle Fields and discussing the media coverage.

We call out those on the right like Cathy Young, Christina Hoff Sommers, among others and on the left for refusing to name a serial liar.

We last found Jackie Coakley on the beach getting married.

Coakley claimed that you should be very, very afraid of her.

Jackie Coakley is also a great fan of Hillary Clinton.

And, of course, Coakley was a student activist on rape and alcohol matters in college and high school.

Let me know what you think: editor@gotnews.com.

Yes, Cathy Young Is A Cowardly Fraud and Not Just On The #AltRight Hit Piece

$

Cathy Young

Cathy Young is pretty naive about how politics actually works. And no where is that clearer than in her confused Federalist hit piece against the Alt Right.

VDare.com has already pointed out that the factual errors with Young’s piece.

She criticized and mocked me for exposing Jackie Coakley. She slimed me and has slimed me privately elsewhere in the cuckservative movement from which she gains some but not all of her income.

Screenshot 2016-04-18 20.20.04

I was courageous; she was cowardly and signaling. I took the risk; she fired the pot shots. But you knew that already.

Cathy Young admits that she initially believed Rolling Stone’s fake rape story here.

Like Ashe Schow or Cristina Hoff Sommers, Cathy is basically a signaling libertarian who won’t actually do the brave thing when it comes to anything that matters.

I furthered her career by outing another Columbia University fake rape chick who had updogged her. BuzzFeed came after me, not Cathy.

Now that those of us who were courageous have won on the fake rape issue, Cathy has turned her attention to maligning the Alt Right movement.

So here’s a disconstruction of that “Alt-Right” world view.

The Alt-Right: They’re creepy and they’re kooky, and not in the cute Addams Family way

My Federalist article taking on the Allum Bokhari/Milo Yiannopoulos defense of the “alternative right” at Breitbart.com (developed from my earlier post here at Allthink) has drawn some responses along predictable lines: Cathy Young is a Jew (true), a “Marxist” ex-Soviet immigrant (here’s a tip: people who emigrated from the Soviet Union generally did so because they didn’t like Marxism)

Well, that was after 1989. Your American Tale doesn’t set the rule. From Wikipedia, a lot of these people before that were rather fascinated with Marxism:

Although German Jews generally leaned Republican in the second half of the 19th century, the East European elements voted Democratic or for left parties since at least 1916, when they voted 55% for Woodrow Wilson.[97] American Jews voted90% against the Republicans and supported Democrats Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman in the elections of 1940, 1944 and 1948,[97] despite both party platforms supporting the creation of a Jewish state in the latter two elections.[98] During the 1952 and 1956 elections, they voted 60% or more for Democrat Adlai Stevenson, while General Eisenhower garnered 40% for his reelection; the best showing to date for the Republicans sinceHarding’s 43% in 1920.[97] In 1960, 83% voted for Democrat John F. Kennedy, a Catholic, against Richard Nixon, and in 1964, 90% of American Jews voted for Lyndon Johnson; his Republican opponent, arch-conservative Barry Goldwater, was Protestant but his paternal grandparents were Jewish.[99]Hubert Humphrey garnered 81% of the Jewish vote in the 1968 elections, in his losing bid for president againstRichard Nixon; such a high level of Jewish support has not been seen since.[97][100]

During the Nixon re-election campaign of 1972, Jewish voters were apprehensive about George McGovern and only favored the Democrat by 65%, while Nixon more than doubled Republican Jewish support to 35%. In the election of 1976, Jewish voters supported Democrat Jimmy Carter by 71% over incumbent president Gerald Ford‘s 27%, but in 1980 they abandoned Carter, leaving him with only 45% support, while Republican winner, Ronald Reagan, garnered 39%, and 14% went to independent John Anderson.[97]

During the Reagan re-election campaign of 1984, the Jews returned home to the Democratic Party, giving Reagan only 31% compared to 67% for Democrat Walter Mondale. The same 2–1 pattern reappeared in 1988 as Democrat Michael Dukakis had 64%, while victorious George Bush polled 35%. Bush’s Jewish support collapsed during his re-election in 1992, to just 11%, with 80% voting for Bill Clinton and 9% going to independent Ross Perot. Clinton’s re-election campaign in 1996 maintained high Jewish support at 78%, with 16% supporting Bob Dole and 3% supporting Perot.[97]

On to more substantive things. “Pale Primate” defends the RadixJournal column which argues against a pro-life position on the ground that legal abortion reduces breeding by stupid and irresponsible women who are mostly black, Hispanic and poor by claiming that it’s not really any worse than a controversial 2001 article by legal scholar John Donohue and economist Steven Levitt (of “Freakonomics” fame) which argued that legalized abortion was partly responsible for the drop in violent crime. By the same logic, the rantings of certain radical feminists who think the number of males should be reduced to 10 percent of the human population because men wreak too much havoc on the world are not really any worse than a discussion of statistics showing that men commit the vast majority of violent crimes.

Insofar as these feminists actually admit that men might be inherently/biologically more aggressive, they might have something on you, Cathy. Many don’t, though, blaming video games or “culturation,” or media “indoctrination” or other nonsense, claiming the same, for all practical purposes, blank-slate ideology that you do.

In 2006, noted cuckservative Jonah Goldberg, weighing in on Derbyshire’s thoughtcrimes, even conceded, countering John Podhoretz, that a discussion of demography was essential to immigration politics.

I should say that I think JPod is getting too hung up on the phrase “ethnic balance” as a codeword for all sorts of unlovely things. It seems to me that if you’re going to sit down and have any immigration policy at all, it’s unavoidable that you’re going to address the issue of ethnic balance in one way or another, no matter what you call it. Ultimately, you have to choose where people come from if you have an immigration policy, even if you emphasize other factors like skills or family unification. So you can either look at it directly or you can skirt around it. But you can’t avoid it.

Donohue and Levitt stress that their conclusions are descriptive, not prescriptive. They also don’t proudly declare their rejection of the principles of human rights and equality, or sling derogatory epithets at people who adopt African children.

First, you claim equality as a moral “principle.”

I’m not going to get into a detailed discussion of race, intelligence and genetics. I freely admit that I’m not an expert on the subject; I’ve followed, for instance, some of the debate on Nicholas Wade’s The [sic – A] Troublesome Inheritance, which deals with innate differences between human population groups, and I see persuasive arguments on both sides.

You can’t claim a moral principle of equality if you express a lack of interest and/or expertise in the peer-reviewed scientific findings that document “equality” as mere wishful thinking.

The basic point I’d make is this: If we, as citizens of a multiracial and multiethnic society, want to have a more open discussion of issues of racial differences, it is imperative, as Steven Pinker wrote in 2006, to do so in a framework of “commitment to universal human rights, and to policies that treat people as individuals rather than as representatives of groups.” (Group differences, as Pinker notes, “pertain to averages, not to individual men and women.”) The Alt-Right wants the opposite.

In what contexts do you judge individuals on their faceless characteristics alone? In dark alleyways? When receiving resumes? In both aforementioned circumstances on the same terms? If you do, you are a fool; you are no smarter than Jesse Jackson, whom many might consider a leftist radical, when he said…

There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved…. After all we have been through. Just to think we can’t walk down our own streets, how humiliating. (Remarks at a meeting of Operation PUSH in Chicago (27 November 1993). Quoted in “Crime: New Frontier – Jesse Jackson Calls It Top Civil-Rights Issue” by Mary A. Johnson, 29 November 1993, Chicago Sun-Times (ellipsis in original). Partially quoted in “In America; A Sea Change On Crime” by Bob Herbert, 12 December 1993, New York Times.)

You may choose, Cathy, to consider an individual as you would any other, in any context, but in doing so you would put yourself, in some circumstances, at risk of harm. The battlefield, in a declared, poorly uniformed war between ethnically disparate nations, is the most extreme example of when your attitude is positively suicidal. But there are many others. Whether or not you embrace tribalism has absolutely nothing to do with whether others do. Others who may include somewhat profitable gangs who currently control entire neighborhoods in America, neighborhoods into which you certainly never venture alone.

<“Pale Primate” takes issue with my statement that VDARE chronicles crimes by blacks, Hispanics and Muslims in a “gleeful” tone. I’ll leave it to others to interpret the tone of headlines that refer to “murderous blacks hopped up on crack.”

If you find that headline gleeful, you’re projecting.

He also defends a VDARE item that criticized an Associated Press article for downplaying the Nigerian background of a Texas couple arrested for enslaving and abusing a Nigerian nanny, asking why the headline referred to the nanny as “Nigerian” but the couple’s background was buried inside the story. But there’s a good reason for that. The nanny, who was here illegally, was a Nigerian national. The accused perpetrators, legal immigrants from Nigeria, were U.S. citizens.

But this is a motte and bailey. The alt-right admittedly doesn’t recognize meaningful citizenship as legal recognition under the current regime; instead, a nation is comprised of a highly extended set of familial relationships.

I’ve said before, in this and other articles, that progressive and liberal writing on race and crime tends to descend into denialism of higher crime rates among blacks and “white supremacy” clichés. I’ve written repeatedly about this. In fact, my last Newsday column was a defense of Bill Clinton’s remarks defending the 1994 crime bill. Miraculously, I managed to make my point without once referring to “murderous blacks hopped up on crack.”

You could have. Disproportionately, more murderous blacks than whites were in fact hopped up on crack. Granted, that would not have gotten into Newsday,

No, it wouldn’t have. Nor would your previous admissions that Russian/Soviet/Eastern Bloc Jews were inordinately communist.

but I’m reasonably sure I would not have used that language even if writing for my own blog. I don’t think our only options are denialism or VDARE-style “racialism” that constantly stresses the ethnic, racial or religious identity of perpetrators and always presuming it relevant to the crime. Incidentally, if a “social justice” website decided to highlight violent crimes by white people in order to counteract racial stereotypes, and started covering such crimes in the same way that VDARE covers crime by blacks, Latinos and Muslims, I would consider that racist and repulsive.

What you’re identifying is the order of the day for national outlets, and it’s not all intentionally anti-white. Think of “Man bites dog,” versus “Dog bites man,” as Sailer puts it. These outlets have an incentive, for ad revenue, to highlight that which is rarer. People, when consuming local news, are naturally, as is based in reality, less likely to see “white man kills black man,” versus the converse. Local news’ relative commitment to reality contributed to Vester Lee Flanagan’s on-air homicidal rampage in Roanoke, Virginia. One which of course hasn’t resulted in white solidarity marches. This is a trend the alt-right resents.

“Pale Primate” accuses me of “tone policing” – a phrase that comes, by the way, straight from the lexicon of “social justice warriors,” who insist that “people of color” and women who want to talk about racism or sexism should never be criticized for expressing their frustration in such phrases as “white people suck” or “kill all men.”

Yes, I think tone matters. I believe that when we discuss differences between population groups, we should be careful not to do it in a way that dehumanizes people

Now you warn against “dehumanizing people,” and not “individuals.” Which is it? Why should individuals in an audience feel slighted by generalizations about their group? More importantly, why should the generalizer care if the individual be that insipid? The generalizer shouldn’t.

or demeans them on the basis of identity, imputes collective guilt, or justifies relegating a group to inferior status (especially a group with a very real history of oppression and dehumanization). If that’s “tone policing,” guilty as charged. I call it basic human decency. (And yes, I’m well aware that progressives sometimes pretend that the “SJW” version of political correctness is nothing more than basic and civility toward women and minorities.

The only full-time employed enforcers of political correctness concern themselves exclusively with the terms in which women and non-Asian minorities (NAMs) are discussed or referred to.

As we all know, that’s nonsense. But just because the SocJus crowd uses decency as a shield doesn’t make decency a bad thing.)

Fighting a capable, malicious enemy with kindness is a fool’s errand.

By the way, when I said that the tone at VDARE “reeks of hostility and contempt toward the presumed losers in the ‘biodiversity’ lottery,” I didn’t mean criminals, as “Pale Primate” suggests. I meant mainly blacks and Hispanics.

And then we get to the Jews.

You see they’re not the presumed or actual losers. Good for you.

Typical. Just kidding.

“Pale Primate” tries to exonerate retired psychology professor Kevin MacDonald of the charge of anti-Semitism, claiming that MacDonald is merely interested in “document[ing] Jewish intellectual and political movements.” Since the alt-rightists apparently appreciate bluntness, I’ll be blunt: don’t piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining. I invite anyone to read MacDonald’s articles for themselves and to peruse his website, The Occidental Observer (dedicated to “white identity, interests, and culture”), where some 40 of the 136 topic tags refer to Jews – from “Israel Lobby”

Why are there quotes around “Israel Lobby?” Does Israel not have a lobby? Does Israel not have national interests lobbyists are working for? The lobbyists would certainly argue it does.

and “Holocaust Industry”

Again, the scare quotes. Billions of dollars have been put into making profitable films about the Holocaust.

to “Jewish aggressiveness,” “Jewish influence,” “Jewish wealth,”

Jews make up a wildly disproportionate number of the world’s billionaires. Is that conjecture?

“Jews as a hostile elite,” and “Historical anti-Jewish writings.”

“Pale Primate” also defends MacDonald’s view that “Jews played a major role in destroying Russia via Bolshevism,” since “Jews were a massively disproportionate share of upper level positions in every commissariat” in the Soviet Union in the 1920s and ’30s, including the secret police. Well, let’s see. This 1920 photo of the presidium of the 9th Congress of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) has 13 people identified by name. Two (Mikhail Lashevich and Lev Kamenev) are Jews. Obviously, 15% is disproportionate given that Jews made up only 2% of Russia’s population at the time. But that hardly equals “Jewish-dominated.” As for the secret police, according to Yuri Slezkine, the author cited by “Pale Primate,” 4.3 percent of Cheka (secret police) commissars and 8 to 9 percent of senior officials in 1918-1920 were Jewish. The real overrepresented minority in the Cheka were Latvians, who made up less than 0.1% of Russia’s population at the time but over 50% of Cheka commissars and senior officials. In 1922, the “collegium” of the Cheka’s successor, the GPU, was made up of eight people, two of whom were Jews, one Latvian, one Ukrainian, and four (including its head, Felix Dzerzhinsky) were ethnic Poles.

Let’s hear about how the Poles and the Latvians destroyed Russia, shall we?

Insanely obvious difference: Latvians, during the Cold War, were not granted entrance into the United States simply for being a part of any ethnic and/or national group (take your pick).

But never mind MacDonald on the subject of the Jews. Here’s Steve Sailer (at VDARE and on his own blog), reviewing the Amy Chua/Jeb Rubenfeld book on successful minorities in America. After quoting their assertion that members of these groups tend to be afflicted with insecurity and “to instill it in their children,” Sailer adds: “Or in the case of the wealthiest, most powerful group, they use their influence over the media to instill it in their children and to depress, demoralize, and divide other groups` children.”

That link? It leads to an article about a book commemorating the Holocaust.

I really don’t think any further comment is needed.

You can’t even. But try to even openly to your Newsday or Federalist editors.

(I do appreciate “Pale Primate’s” tweets, which led me to do a bit more digging and find this gem.)

Luke Ford’s blogpost, which speculates on whether or not I’m a “neocon,” contains a tidbit that led me to another interesting discovery. As an aside, Ford takes a jab at me for having written two Reason.com columns on the University of Virginia/Rolling Stone rape hoax “without mentioning Steve [Sailer] or Richard Bradley”: “Hard to say if she is just lazy or ignores the work of writers she doesn’t like.” Actually, both of those columns were reprints from RealClearPolitics.com; earlier, I had written two other RCP columns on the subject which did mention Bradley, a blogger and former magazine editor, and credit him for being first to raise questions about the credibility of the alleged fraternity gang rape victim, Jackie.

You are linked to Steve Sailer I’m sure mostly because you won’t say Jackie’s last name, which is Coakley.

I’m not really sure why I should have credited Steve Sailer, who posted about the case on his Unz Review blog and then wrote about it for Taki Magazine but added nothing original.

Again, Sailer added Coakley’s last name, which you will not so much as utter. Sailer has complained for a year that outlets such as your own won’t utter the name.

the Sailer acolytes in Bradley’s blog comments who tried to argue that Rolling Stone author Sabrina Rubin Erdely’s piece about rape culture at UVA, centered around Jackie’s story, had something to do with Erdely being Jewish. Apparently, she had some kind of Jewish agenda to destroy UVA because it’s too white, Christian, pretty and conservative, or something. (When another commenter pointed out that many of the journalists who helped debunk the hoax were also Jewish, the conspiracy nuts were undeterred: Of course the Jews will do that when their mischief is caught out!)

Again, the alt-right is trying to relay instincts of proportion, and its own ability to engage in pattern-recognize as to journalists angry at mostly white gentile institutions, which can include fraternities. Your critique falls flat because journalism as a whole, which I’ve pointed out, is wildly disproportionately Jewish. Erdely herself in the Rolling Stone piece described U.Va. students as “overwhelmingly white.” What was being “overwhelmed in this instance?” The text would suggest Erdley herself.

Okay, so these are just random commenters. But a December 3, 2014 post at VDARE by one of their prolific bloggers, Eugene Gant, highlighting Sailer’s Taki Magazine article, referred to Erdely as “militantly Jewish” (linking to an article about a Jewish day camp that briefly referenced Erdely as one of the parents) and “a hit thing for the Christophobic left” (because she had previously written a story, also of dubious veracity, about a boy’s sexual abuse by priests).

One need look no further than this year’s Academy Award winner for best picture to see where the media industry shines a spotlight in this case, notably a film called “Spotlight,” about Catholic priests’ systemic abuse of children. There’s a real pattern of selective attention here, especially when public school teachers have a much broader and better substantiated pattern of minor abuse. A 2015 documentary, “An Open Secret,” that didn’t come close to winning its Academy Award was about Hollywood’s surely more pervasive sexual abuse of the vulnerable.

The Occidental Observer ran a longer piece depicting the rape-hoax story as “ethnic warfare” born from Erdely’s “anti-White animus” (in the Alt-Right taxonomy, Jews are, of course, not “white”) and noting that some of her staunchest defenders were “Jewish female journalists.” Oh, and Luke Ford did a blogpost that referred to Erdely as an “proud Jew and anti-white fabulist” (with a headline calling her a “left-wing Jew with a history of Christian-bashing).

Nothing Catholic priests’ history of sexual abuse over that of secular school teachers’ might leave, yes, citizens of a majority Christian nation with that impression.

As for Sailer? Well, he didn’t exactly peddle this slimy nuttery himself, but he sure did pander to it.

Check out this April 7, 2015 Sailer blogpost at VDARE titled “Sabrina Rubin Erdely’s Kristallnacht on Campus.” Its actual subject is the theme of broken glass in Erdely’s story (such as the glass table shattering during Jackie’s alleged rape) and actual broken glass at the fraternity named in the rape allegations, which was attacked by vandals throwing bottles and bricks through the windows in December 2014, shortly after the story’s publication.

White heterosexual gentile males are the new Jew to the SJW. Sailer was drawing an apt analogy.

If it weren’t for the obsession with Erdely’s Jewishness in certain quarters, I would have assumed that “Kristallnacht” was just a fancy metaphor. But was it actually a not-so-subtle reversal of an infamous attack on Jews in which a “militant Jew” becomes the perpetrator inflicting a Kristallnacht on gentiles? You decide.

Sailer, who is half-Jewish, by the way, in case it matters—and even I’ll say it shouldn’t—may not be the target you’re looking for here. Is Sailer one of the right-wing-loving Jews you’re fond of telling us about?

I suppose “Pale Primate” will tell me that I’m not actually disputing any of this, just “tone policing.” Right-o. I’m also not in the habit of disputing the arguments of people who think rape is a male conspiracy to keep women in their place.

We noticed you wouldn’t dispute that when you wouldn’t name Jackie “Coakley,” yes.

Incidentally, I do think that large-scale immigration of people who find Western cultural norms alien and don’t want to assimilate poses real problems. I absolutely agree that we need to confront those issues. But the Alt-Right is not helping such a discussion; on the contrary, it’s making it easier to dismiss all such concerns as racist.

A wide variety of outsiders who might enjoy the lavish social service benefits of say, Germany—benefits that dwarf those offered even by the United States—would predictably attempt to acquire them. The barriers to those outsiders are not only those that should be in those their way, but those that are: their lack of intellectual aptitude, and therefore ability to contribute economically to an economic pool built up by the deceased, who sacrificed their labor, if not their lives. The former should be good enough, even for an Aryan.

Why Is A Major DC Law Firm That Represented Monica Lewinsky Repping #FakeRape Artist #JackieCoakley For Free?

Jackie Coakley

A major DC law firm with deep Clinton and Democratic ties has been representing Jackie Coakley for free, GotNews.com has learned.

The revelation confirms that the efforts to push the Jackie Coakley was raped narrative by Rolling Stone were part of a wider push to push a denial of male student due process rights.

What has been most unusual has been the presence of Jonathan Missner, a managing partner at Stein Mitchell Cipollone Beato & Missner LLP.

One of its other founding partners — Jacob A Stein — represented Monica Lewinsky and Nixon campaign attorney Kenneth Parkinson of Watergate fame, according to the Washington Post.

Screenshot 2016-04-20 15.28.50

Here’s how Missner describes himself and his work on LinkedIn.

Mr. Missner helps guide clients who face high-impact legal and operational challenges. With his background leading businesses on a global platform, he works with clients on their most complex matters, including regulatory and policy issues, venture capital and emerging companies, growth, and corporate governance.

As Chair of the Corporate Strategy Group, Mr. Missner focuses his practice on evaluating litigation risks and benefits, controlling costs, advising growing businesses, and creating value-driven partnerships. As Chair of the Global Practices Group, Mr. Missner leads the firm’s effort to offer its services in more areas and markets around the world. He also advises clients who seek to grow and thrive in a global environment. Mr. Missner has a proven track record of maintaining and creating synergistic partnerships based on his worldwide relationships.

How did an ex-hair dresser afford those pricy services? She doesn’t, of course.

Missner was managing director for National Affairs of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and is an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown. Coakley is neither Jewish nor a student at Georgetown. So why is Missner helping her?

Missner’s firm has been very hostile to Dean Nicole Eramo, say Eramo’s counsel. The white shoe litigators have accused Eramo of picking on a sexual assault victim despite there being no sexual assault. Stein Mitchell even tried to get Eramo fired from her job at the University of Virginia and protested her attempts to get documentation exonerating her.

Interestingly Coakley threatened to harm her rapists on her Pinterest account, warning “You should be very, very afraid of me.

GotNews.com has learned that Coakley is on camera discussing the rape fraud she committed as part of the trial.

That video taped deposition is in a protective order — for now.

GotNews.com was the first to out Jackie Coakley and its editor was profiled in the Washington Post.

See all of our reporting on Jackie Coakley, including her recent marriage.

Sylville K. Smith, identified by GotNews hours before any other news source

Sylville K. Smith, holding a rifle, identified by GotNews hours before any other news source

We did it with Michael Brown. We did it with rape hoax artist Jackie Coakley.

Now, we’ve done it again with Blood gangbanger and fake #BlackLivesMatter martyr Sylville K. Smith.

GotNews identified the career criminal shot by police in Milwaukee, Wisconsin hours before any other lying media outlet.

GotNews published our article identifying the man by name and with an image before sunrise on the East Coast on August 14.

Anyone who read GotNews knew who the man was first thing in the morning after hearing about the Milwaukee riots the night before.

How do we do it?

GotNews has a team of smart and dedicated researchers that work 24/7 on trending and non-trending news topics.

We have an extensive network of anonymous sources that feed us information.

Most importantly, everyone we work with does it to uphold the truth, not to pick up a big paycheck or build up some kind of transient social media following.

Our sharp researchers monitoring social media combed through waves of information through the night to find the dead man’s family and identify him before anyone else.

And they did.

Sylville K. Smith (spelled “Savill” and “Syville” by his “Trill Vill Gang” cousin) is now the third fake #BlackLivesMatter martyr who is an open gangbanger and career criminal, just like Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, whom GotNews also identified as gangbangers before anyone else.

Massive, doddering, lying media companies staffed by 20-year-old airheads and aging left-wing ideologues are being slowly destroyed by the Internet, truth-tellers like Donald J. Trump, new media start-ups like WeSearchr, and us.

ANALYSIS: The Lynching Of Brock Turner #BrockTurner

$

0

Less than a few days after being released from jail, 21-year-old former Stanford swimmer Brock Turner has got an angry gun-toting mob outside his home in Ohio.

Protesters wrote “Shoot your local rapist” and “Castrate your local rapist” in chalk outside of Turner’s home. They also drew a big arrow labeled “rapist” pointing to Turner’s home. Brock Turner was 19 at the time of the assault in 2015.

The high number of retweets suggest people were shocked at the mob outside his home, but there’s nothing really new about it. There’s an old term for this kind of thing: lynch mob.

You won’t hear this stuff from the lying mainstream media. Keep the GotNews mission alive: donate at GotNews.com/donate or send tips to editor@gotnews.com

Turner was indicted on five charges, including two for rape, but was only convicted on three counts of felony sexual assault for penetrating a woman with his fingers. Prosecutors dropped rape charges after reviewing DNA evidence. Turner pleaded not guilty to all five charges.

As a convicted sex offender, he will have to register with local police for the rest of his life, and will be barred from living near schools or playgrounds.

This case is often described in a lot of legalese and wannabe news sources like BuzzFeed talk about it in very sanctimonious language, but what did Brock Turner actually do?

Read any account of what happened without a radical man-hating, left-wing, feminist agenda. What happened was that, as the kids say, Brock Turner got wasted and fingered a similarly wasted girl after leaving a fraternity party with her.

That girl had graduated college and had a boyfriend (Turner was a freshman) but went out to a fraternity party and drank so much liquor she couldn’t remember the previous night’s events the next morning.

We don’t know her name or what she looks like. We don’t know her boyfriend’s name. She is referred to as “Emily Doe.” We have no idea who this woman is. Brock Turner, on the other hand, has an armed lynch mob outside his home, thousands of miles away from the Stanford campus, toting rifles and implying they will shoot and castrate him, even after he served a sentence handed to him by the judicial system following a fair trial.

Does this seem a little absurd?

Unlike rape hoax artist Jackie Coakley, this Emily Doe does seem to have had physical contact with the accused. That is a step above the average college rape accusation, at least.

But was Emily Doe raped by Brock Turner? Was she even sexually assaulted, whatever that means? Judge Persky, who presided over this case, seemed to think Brock Turner only committed about 3-6 months’ worth of criminality.

The radical Left is already mobilizing to get Judge Persky removed from his position, since they recognize that either Brock Turner didn’t really rape or sexually assault Emily Doe (since if he did, any sane person would have sentenced him to far more than 3-6 months in county jail), or Judge Persky is an evil, sexist, patriarchal, bigoted, privileged, white maniac who doesn’t care about rape victims.

Be honest: what’s more likely?

There’s a hint in the long statement given by Emily Doe, the same statement fawned over by BuzzFeed and the rest of the lying, controlled media.

What does Emily Doe say about Brock Turner? Quote: “He was guilty the minute I woke up.”

That’s a funny way to put it. Usually somebody guilty of rape or sexual assault is guilty as soon they commit the crime, not as soon as their victim wakes up. But this belies a larger point: the radical feminist Left has redefined rape from a crime based in objective reality to a crime based on the subjective feelings of hung-over college girls.

Emily Doe didn’t know Brock Turner was guilty of rape because Brock Turner penetrated her against her will, no, she knew Brock Turner was guilty of rape because when she woke up, she felt bad. Most of her long statement is this kind of wishy-washy emotional talk, since she was so drunk the night of that she couldn’t remember anything afterwards.

The only thing she could tell anyone is how bad she felt about the whole thing — as if any of that would have to do with convicting Turner of rape!

There is not a privileged white Stanford swimmer on the planet who would need to drag an unconscious girl behind a dumpster to get his kicks. Not one.

Is it likely that Brock Turner dragged an unconscious, drunk girl from a fraternity party to finger and rape her? Nope! And the Judge didn’t seem to think so either.

What is likely? Likely, Brock Turner and “Emily Doe” were both completely hammered after downing a half-bottle of Fireball each, sloppily fondled each other, stumbled out of the frat house, then layed down the first chance they got — behind a dumpster.

Turner likely noticed half-way through that she had actually blacked out, and got up to go vomit or catch his breath when two Swedes tackled him.

Emily Doe likely woke up feeling like a slut, and jumped to the only defense that would protect herself, her honor, and her boyfriend: I was raped!

In a just world, Brock Turner would have been convicted of being a drunk horny moron and Emily Doe would have been convicted of being a drunk horny slut. Then they both would have been caned by a nun and sent home to reflect on their life choices.

But in a sane world, we wouldn’t be having degenerate alcohol-fueled ragers where 22-year-old girls can “massage” 19-year-old freshmen but send them to the slammer when they get too frisky to begin with. And who created this situation on college campuses? Brock Turner didn’t get rid of in loco parentis in the 1960s.

Leftists like to add that Turner molested his “victim” behind a dumpster as if being behind a dumpster is a crime. It’s stupid and ugly, but a crime it ain’t.

Radical feminists and the Left wanted free sexual expression, now they’re upset that drunk college kids express themselves sexually in stupid and ugly ways. How to fix this? Instead of asking nuns, the Left is trying to redefine every act of sexual impropriety towards a woman as rape, and send every man with a sex drive to prison. This isn’t going to end well.

Here’s a test: if Turner and Doe had ended up in Turner’s dorm room, would she have cried rape the next day? If Turner got her number and called her the next day, would she have cried rape?

There’s no way to know for sure, but one can guess. And like Judge Persky, we’re guessing there was no real rape, there was no real sexual assault. But look at this crying girl — something had to be done! And now Brock Turner is a convicted sex offender who has to stay away from children (even though his “crime” had nothing to do with children, and it’s absurd to think he’s a danger to them) and has to deal with a gun-toting lynch mob threatening to shoot and castrate him outside of his home in Ohio.

“Emily Doe” is still totally anonymous.

The whole Brock Turner incident just underscores why men, and especially white men, shouldn’t go to college anymore. If you’re a man, and especially a white man, going to college is a mistake.

Getting sucked into the whole four-year-long party as a white male these days is a game of Russian roulette. You end up too drunk to think at a dimly-lit frat house surrounded by gyrating drunk girls. You start fondling one who looks at you, you think you’re having a good time, then before you know it, you’re in court.

And in court, nobody is going to charge you with being a drunk horny moron, the only reasonable crime you could be charged with, since that crime isn’t on the books. The only crime you’ll be charged with is rape or sexual assault, and then you’ll end up like Brock Turner.
